    FaLase’s Almond Nut Pate’

    One of my favorite Nut Pate’s

    1 Cup Almonds (soak almonds over night)
    1/4 Cup Yellow Bell
    1/4 Red Bell
    1/4 Orange Bell
    1/4 Small Red Onion
    1 Garlic Clove
    1/2 Small Lemon (Juiced)
    Nana Soya or Braggs – to taste
    Sesame Oil 2 Tablespoons
    2 Stalks Celery
    1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
    1/4 Teaspoon Dulse Flakes
    One Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
    1/2 Carrot

    Push ingredients through a Champion, Omega or Green Star Juicer. Stir well to continue mixing flavor. For more flavor, color and texture mix and chop pepper, celery and onions (about 1/2 cup) and stir well to mix.

    Can also be processed in a Vita-Mix or a Food Processor, once processed add additional veggies (1/2 Cup of peppers, celery and onion mix) and Stir well to blend flavors.
